Daniel A. Holmes, D.D.S.

I graduated from dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996, and completed a one year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 1997. I met my wife while I was in dental school and we moved to Fort Collins in 1999. We love it here and we are happy to raise our family in such a wonderful place! It is my pleasure to help you achieve your dental goals and I am looking forward to meeting and discussing them with you.

Nicole Zander Holmes, D.D.S. 

I graduated from dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996, and then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 1997. After moving back to my home town near St. Louis, Missouri for 2 years, Dan and I decided to move to beautiful Fort Collins in 1999 and began a practice together. We have enjoyed practicing dentistry together for 9 years and now have 2 wonderful children as well. I enjoy golf, reading, riding my bike and walking.

Professional organizations include: Academy of General Dentistry, Colorado Prosthodontic Society, American Dental Association (ADA), the Colorado Dental Association (CDA), and the Larimer County Dental Society (LCDS) - Secretary.

Angie - Office Manager

Hi, My name is Angie and I am the Office Manager. I am the first person you meet when you come to our office and you will most likely talk to me on the phone too. I have been working at Holmes Family Dental, PC, since 2002 and has been in the dental setting for many years. My husband, Mike, and I have 3 children and we have lived in Fort Collins for many years as well.  I look forward to meeting you at our office!

Hi! My name is Joan. I have been a dental assistant for 7 years, almost 2 years at this office. I love what I do, especially getting to know our patients and helping them. I've lived in Fort Collins for over 30 years and my husband, Tom, and I have a dog that keeps us busy. My entire family also lives in Fort Collins for which I am very thankful.

Kay Eubank R.D.H.

I served in the U.S. Army as a dental assistant for six years, and then went to Northcentral Technical College in Wausau, Wisconsin. I graduated in 1996 with a degree in dental hygiene. I moved to Colorado in 2004 and love the climate out here. I enjoy many outdoor activities with my family, including fly fishing, hiking and training my black lab. I really enjoy my career as a dental hygienist and keeping up with Continuing Education. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
